Chalet
Hey! This coming Sunday will be our chalet. So below is the details and stuff. Please reply me through text message.

Things being brought
Xinying - Mini Mahjong and Twister
Tingrui - Portable DVD player ( if no one bringing movies, I will not bring the player)
Sophia - Poker cards
Everyone - Torch light for night cycling
Personal - Phone charger, toiletries for bathing and extra cloths (Optional)

Things we need
This are the things that I thought of. If you got any fun stuff, just bring!!! Please reply me what you're going to bring and I will mass text you all a confirm list of who is bring what and stuff. OK? Thanks!!! :)

1. Any kind of card games (Mono Deal)
2. Board games (if anyone is willing to bring) - Optional
3. Nice movies to watch after night cycling
4. Camera - IMPORTANT
5. Any random and fun stuff that we can do together

Details
Venue to meet: Downtown East Bus-Stop (To Sophia : Please coordinate the people in Hougang if you all wanna meet before meeting my sister and me)
Time: 12pm (FYI check-in time 2.30pm)
Date: 11th of September

Summary of events

1. We will meet at 12pm to go buy our snacks and drinks at the fairprice in Ehub. If there is no absence of any people, everyone will have to pay a total of $11 for chalet. The snacks money I will pay first then split.
2. On the way to check-in, we will ask the bicycle kiosk for information about renting.
3. Check-in!!
4. Settle down.
5. HAVE FUN!!

*Note
No BBQ. So, dinner we will settle outside or take away. Cycling will be double bike.

The confirm plan for chalet will be this:


Venue: Costa Sands (Parsir Ris) - double story
Time: 2.30pm check in
Date: 10th September - 11th September, Sunday - Monday
Activities: Night Cycling, card games and other stuff....
Food: There will be no BBQ, so like we will either buy food back to eat or eat outside.


Wanna drink alcoholic drinks? I don't mind actually... HAHA!!! :D:D

Duration: 2D1N on 8th October, Saturday - 9th October, Sunday
Venue: Costa Sands Resort (Downtown East)
Cost of Chalet room: $129.00 ($14/person)
Food: Titbits, food avalibility around the area
Activity: Night cycling and some other activities that you all can think of

So, Please tell me whether you can make it on this two days or not. Because I need to book the room. If Majority can make it I will just book it.

Hey!

There will be NO training on this coming Saturday, 25th of June. Please be noted that there will be a dinner treating from Mr Woo. So, please be free on next Saturday, 2nd of July from 4pm to night. Mr Woo will be treating dinner at Soul Garden in Downtown East Ehub. He got some voucher thing, so dont worry. It will be almost free. Haha! This is what he told us. Please reply me as to confirm your attendance. Please be specific like whether you're going or not. I will notify you all with a confirm plan when the day is reaching.
